Green logistics diary

No fad – more a case of taking responsibility for the future

The VTL network takes its responsibility for preserving the natural environment seriously. VTL has become the first network of SME transport companies to know its cargo operation’s TÜV-certified Network Carbon Footprint (NCF), which has been worked out in conjunction with the German Institute for Sustainability in Transportation and Logistics (INVL). Non-transport processes, CO2 equivalents and upstream chains have been considered as well.
